Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAccounting Order Entry Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent client in Garrett, IN is looking for a reliable Order Entry person for their Accounting Department. Accounting Order Entry Job Summary:
  • 16.00/hour
  • Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
    • Monday - Friday
    • 30-minute paid lunch
  • Processing online orders and proof text copy to copy
  • Entering emailed orders into software
  • Assisting with data entry of accounts payable and receivables
  • Processing various reports using Excel Spreadsheets
  • Communicate with customers regarding their account by phone and email
Accounting Order Entry Qualifications:
  • Diploma required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, QuickBooks and Windows Operating Systems a plus
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
  • Math skills sufficient to handle financial data
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Integrity and Confidentiality
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
