Busy pizza restaurant in downtown Manasquan seeking a Shift Leader/Counter Server to become a key member of our team Competitive Pay

Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Answer and take phone orders
  • Explain to guests about menu items
  • Clean and prepare the dining areas
  • Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Package up and organize to go orders
  • Close out Register & the Store
  • Oversee dining room
  • Oversee front of house staff. Insure they are doing their job efficiently & correctly
  •  

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of Light food preparation a plus
  • Previous managerial experience a plus

Hourly Rate including tips starting at $18 per hour
