As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, you will use your strong communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage and update policies. Our clients are like family, and some are still with us since we started in 1958, so taking care of them like you would your own Grandma is important to us

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Oregon property and casualty license. (Strongly Preferred)
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience. 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability.
  • Prepare Household Reviews for current clients and find cross-sell opportunities when applicable.
  • Focus on Agency Retention by establishing long-lasting loyal relationships.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Demonstrated job stability.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be a team player, able to not only handle a full workload, but also able to lend a hand to team members when needed.
