We are seeking an IT Tech to join our team You will work to support a variety of small-business clients with their on-site and Cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot network & system issues
  • Monitor active network and server infrastructure
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
  • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides
  • Setup and support network and Cloud users
  • Remote user and system support
  • On-site user and system support throughout the Greater Orlando area.
  • Manage work tickets and tasks

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a network or systems administrator and/or experience supporting desktop users.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer support abilities
  • Reliable independent transportation
  • Flexible schedule
