This is an excellent career opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish), experienced legal assistant with either some Family Based Immigration experience or a willingness to learn Family Based Immigration.

Job Expectations:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of immigration applications and petitions. .
- Draft legal documents for review by attorneys in areas of practice that include; Removal Defense, Asylum, VAWA, U Visas and Family based visas, Permanent Residencies, Naturalization and Consular Processing..
Basic Office Tasks Including but not Limited to:
- Basic office tasks including but not limited to answering incoming calls and greeting clients
- Docket Management
- Court Management
- File Preparation
Qualifications:
- Familiarity and/or experience with the following :: I-485, I-864, I-130, DS-260, I-360, I-131, I-90 is a plus
- 2 or more years experience as a paralegal/legal assistant
- Must have excellent written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
