Custom Cooling & Heating in North Fort Myers, FL a leading A/C installer and repair company is seeking another full time Lead HVAC Installer to join our outstanding team. We have been in business over 30 years and provide outstanding service and support to our customers. We are expanding and need a quality tech to help us grow. The qualified tech must be fully proficient with package unit & split system installations, have a clean driving record, and is both dependable and responsible.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Verify & load all equipment and materials needed for each job

· Arrive timely to scheduled install appointments

· Perform quality installations on package units and split systems

· Accurately complete paper work associated with the installation

· Be able to clearly explain things to customers

· Work safely following all company policies

· Handle any other assigned duties as directed by management

· Ability to drive a forklift and build A/C stands is a plus

Qualification Requirements:

· 2+ years or more HVAC installation experience

· Team oriented with the ability to work well with others

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Clean professional appearance

· Able to pass required background check (only last 7 years checked)

Benefits:

· Good starting hourly pay – $28-$35 per hour

· Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm work schedule (our installers rarely work weekends)

· Full time, year round work with 30 hour per week pay guarantee
