Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License

The Specialist is responsible for the safe structural repairs of vessels that we service and maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the service facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Vessel repairs including but not limited to, interior and exterior repairs
• Stringer & transom repairs
• Painting, brush, roller & air spray
• Refurbishing to include but not limited to, fiberglass, wood, steel and aluminum
• Buffing and waxing
• Upholstery work
• Electronic installation
• Shrink wrapping
• To help and assist other employees where ever and whenever needed

• Daily inspection and maintenance of service department to provide a clean and safe facility
• Availability to work overtime when required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Technical and Physical Requirements

• Factory Certified in applications of paints, fillers & resins.

• Ability to work safely around the water
• Must be able to swim
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Basic boat handling skills preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic power tools

• Must have own tools
• Professional appearance
