Staff Pharmacist (Contract to Hire) Lubbock, TX

Schedule: Full-time; 2nd shift; Monday Friday (1:00 PM 11:00 PM) with possible weekends.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.


Requirements:

  • Pharmacy experience.
  • Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
