Job Overview:
Privé Padel is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Padel Instructors to join our team for the Summer 2024 season at our exclusive pop-up location in Montauk, NY. As a Padel Instructor at Privé Padel, you will be responsible for providing high-quality padel training to clients of all ages, conducting private lessons, and leading daily clinics specifically designed for children. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals who are passionate about padel and excel in delivering engaging and effective instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct private padel lessons tailored to individual client needs and skill levels.
  • Organize and lead daily padel clinics for children, ensuring a fun, safe, and educational environment.
  • Assess the skill progression of participants and provide constructive feedback to help improve their game.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Privé Padel with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory, insurance, and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Padel Instructor in a professional setting, with a strong ability to teach players at various skill levels.
  • Relevant certification in padel instruction (certification requirements must be met before the start date).
  • Current professional liability insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to motivate and inspire players.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Montauk, NY throughout the Summer 2024 season.
