Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Otsego, MN

Type: Full-time, temp to hire

Pay: $18, per hour, paid weekly

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist who will assist with intake processes to ensure the client has all the information needed to set up a complete contract. Including but not limited to assisting with tracking by completing the call tracker log when clients retain the firm or do not, producing client documents, maintaining client scheduling, and ensuring documents & agreements are prepared well, exchanged, and filed timely.

 Skills:

• Proven experience in data entry
• Good with computers and telephones
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office 
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
