  • In-depth knowledge of fiber optic OSP construction and installation.
  • Ability to splice fiber and all copper cable (Drop and strand sizes).
  • Comfortable with bucket truck and ladder heights.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25-50 pounds of equipment.
  • Trouble shooting capability.
  • Read and understand prints and job details.
  • Ability to use fiber tools (Fusion splicer, light meter, OTDR).
  • Using power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with a professional attitude.
