Job Responsibilities:
- Initial inspections on all units to determine if standards are met
- Establish a housing program
- Review / maintain files
- Handle all lease approvals, verifications, completions of paperwork, and verifying data
- Meet new tenants
- Notify tenants of failed inspections and repairs
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications / Abilities:
- Follow written and oral instructions
- Decision making
- Understand and interpret housing regulations and procedures
- Use of modern office equipment
- High School Diploma / GED
