Job Description:
Perform initial-response screening following protocols.
Escort patients, prepare them for examination, and obtain vital signs.
Document patient history and care in the electronic health record (EHR).
Prepare, administer, and document medications and immunizations.
Set up and assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Recognize and respond to emergencies; manage patient requests.
Enter orders for medication, radiology, and lab tests in the EHR.
Provide after-visit instructions and process medication refill orders.
