Company Overview: Eastern Personnel is a dynamic and rapidly growing staffing agency dedicated to connecting talented individuals with top companies. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telephone Sales Agent to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Position Summary: The Telephone Sales Agent will be responsible for researching potential clients and making cold calls to build our clientele. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to meet daily call targets. The role is based in an office setting, and the agent will be expected to make 50-90 calls per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather relevant information.
  • Make 50-90 cold calls daily to prospective clients to introduce our staffing services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent diction and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, Microsoft Office Suites. 

Work Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Flexible scheduling may be available, but core hours will be between 9am and 5pm.

Compensation:

  • $15 per hour.
