As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success by effectively communicating with customers in both Spanish and English. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their vehicle needs.
• Assist customers in both English and Spanish throughout the entire sales process, including test drives, vehicle selection, and financing options.
• Provide information about available vehicles, including specifications, features, and pricing, in a clear and understandable manner.

2. Sales and Negotiation:

• Actively listen to customers' preferences and budget constraints to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively to highlight their features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales prices, financing terms, and trade-in values to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

3. Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with diplomacy and a problem-solving mindset.

4. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory updates.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
