AV installation techs for Full time / Direct Hire and also contract jobs
– Ability to install flat panel displays, projectors, speakers, projection screens, LED Lighting
– Ability to manage a project/installation from start to finish and function as a lead tech if necessary
– Diagnose issues and determine solutions
– Know the various types of digital and analog video and be able to install devices that require multiple inputs/outputs
– Network communications and IP Protocols such as Dante, Serial RS232, RS422, Cobranet, USB
– Create programming files for various audio and controls processors
– Adjust, EQ and tune systems for the best sound quality achievable by each system
- Proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentations.
Must be willing to travel overnight - once per week if necessary
