Extension is seeking a Recruiter for a contract opportunity with one of our clients located in Racine, WI.
About Our Client

- Hybrid schedule that is 4 days remote
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting to manage a load of 20-25 open reqs for a multitude of positions i.e., corporate and/or technical (engineering, design, continuous improvement).
- Handling sourcing/recruiting, phone screens, interviews, offer stage/negotiations, and onboarding.
- Organize kick off meetings with hiring managers to ensure finding the right profiles.
- Working heavily in ATS (Success Factors) as well as job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years full cycle recruiter experience required.
- Familiar with Success Factors ATS system preferred.
- Someone who's familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and sourcing heavily.
- Manufacturing experience would be nice.
Salary Information
- $23 - $25/hour
