The Hourglass Restorative Medicine and Aesthetics, LLC is looking for an experienced Aesthetician. The Aesthetician will need to be able to perform a wide variety of tasks, and be trainable with regards to our newer technologies and techniques. The salary will be a base salary with commission, and no limit on the upper end.
We need our Aestheticians to be proficient in microblading, various facials, peels, and general skin maintenance for our clients. We also have the ability to do hydrofacials, dermaplaning and a few newer technologies for our clients as requested. Laser qualification is NOT required. Permanent make-up is not required, but desired.
This position will start out as a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
General Accountabilities
The Aesthetician will have the ability to communicate with the client on a variety of topics pertaining to skin care, and able to educate our clients on their needs. They will also need to answer the phones on occasion, and answer questions from the other members of the team, who are NOT Aestheticians.
Job Qualifications
We deal with very high-end clients. Discretion is required.
Graduate of an accredited program.
Background check required.
Drug Screen required.
References are required and will be checked.
Ability to perform permanent makeup is a bonus, but not required. Must be able to offer microblading, various facials and peels.
