Warehouse Associate: Receive, check in and put away shipments; Pick, pack, and ship fishing flies and fly fishing accessories/materials; maintain the warehouse and stock bins in a neat, orderly manner.
Responsibilities:
Receive, check in and put away shipments of fishing flies, boxes, hooks, and fly-tying materials. Attention to detail is critical to prevent future shipping and/or inventory errors.
Download and print daily orders using cloud software Netsuite.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately; adjust orders and pack lists as determined by stock on-hand.
Coordinate all order adjustments with manager.
Pack orders neatly, execute on-line order fulfillment using Netsuite cloud software; ship using UPS and USPS/Dazzle on-line.
Maintain warehouse bins and overstock in a neat, orderly manner to ensure inventory accuracy. Perform inventory counts as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Attention to detail and a willingness to do the job well is a must.
Able to not use your cell phone at work.
Applicant must be comfortable with PC, including Word and Excel. Experience with on-line inventory control and shipping is a plus.
Willing and able to walk approximately 5 miles/day.
Hours:
7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday – Friday
Overtime / during March & April we may work longer days to avoid working Saturdays.
