Job DescriptionJob Description

***$1,000 signing bonus*** We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, or drug and alcohol addiction.

We are actively seeking candidates, like you, that are passionate about working with children with a mental health diagnosis. The individual works in the home, school and community to implement behavior/treatment plans in conjunction with the IBHS clinical team. The position offers a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • * Will provide services consistent with treatment plan to model for parents, school personnel, and community staff in assisting the child in achieving treatment goals.

    * Ongoing collaboration with family, school personnel, and clinical team.

    * Ongoing consultation and supervision with clinical team and coordinator.

    * Provide short-term intervention while the caregivers acquire necessary skills.

    * Assist caregiver in promoting age-appropriate behavior.

    * Empower families, which require that an adult be present when services are provided.

    * Completion of all paper work, documentation requirements as specified in orientation.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Human Services
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Active Driver License
