Plumbing & HVAC SEO is looking for a Highly Skilled Full-Time Paid Search Analyst Team Lead looking to join our Fully Remote and Fast Growing Digital Marketing Agency, based in South Florida. As a Plumbing & HVAC SEO Paid Search Analyst Team Lead you will be responsible for leading client paid strategy, monitoring performance, executing optimizations and communicating with Client Success Managers. You will also be providing innovative strategic guidance, training and
accountability to the other PPC team members, to improve results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Paid Media (search focused) advertising strategy and execution for clients
  • Develop and manage budgets for paid search campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI
  • Regularly analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid search into broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing best practices
  • ROI tracking and analysis

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of paid search experience with emphasis on national to local search strategies
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads
  • Hands on experience in managing $10k+ monthly client campaign budgets
  • Proven success with lead gen and local search campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team
  • looker.io or similar reporting experience with data visualization
  • Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented
  • Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Winning Can Do Attitude
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Agency digital marketing experience
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics/GA4
  • Certifications such as Google Ads or Microsoft Ads are a plus.
  • Call Tracking / Offline Conversion Integrations
  • Ad Management tools
