We currently have an immediate need for an experienced Escrow Officer/LPO for a well established Financial Services Company in Issaquah, WA . The Escrow Officer (LPO) will complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents as well as disbursing funds for purchase Escrow files. Candidates must have previous experience working in the Escrow Industry and performing the job tasks of an Escrow Officer. No client following needed as the company has their own clients for you Only candidates with previous LPO experience will be considered. This is a Direct Hire position offering a great base salary plus a generous monthly commission.
