Arrive Networks is seeking to add two salespeople to our team. One position will be based in Houston and the other will be based in our Bryan College Station market.

Job Title: Network Sales Executive

As a Network Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing the Arrive Network, primarily through MDU and HOA bulk agreements with Investment Groups and Real Estate Developers. This position will require a heavy amount of prospecting and lead development.

Ideally the successful candidates will be in place prior to June 1st, 2024. Our hiring process is thorough but moves quickly for the right candidate.

About You:

  • You are an accomplished salesperson with the ability to work within your assigned territory and can travel to visit customers and prospects 60 to 70% of the month.
  • You have the ability to prospect consistently on the phone, in person and at industry related events.
  • Knowledge of the Communications Industry primarily with Fiber Optic Internet is preferred but not required, IF:
    • You have a history of sales success in a complex selling environment.
    • You have the ability to learn quickly and can retain knowledge.
    • You are adept at selling solutions that exceed $200,000 to upwards of $1 million
    • You are well spoken.
    • You can command a room's attention and at high energy level
    • You are considered to be a leader by your peers
    • You consider a sales territory as your personal business
    • You are accustomed to tracking your sales behavior and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement and operate at a high level
    • You understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth
    • You have a verifiable history of earning in excess of $80,000 and you desire to quickly surpass $130,000. The right candidate will see the value of a residual earnings model with the potential to grow with each year.

Sales professionals who fail to earn at a high level are not kept at Arrive as our reputation, quality of service and our sales leads provide ample opportunity for selling.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
