Overview

NC Health Partners is looking to hire a MST Program Manager who has at least 2 years of MST supervisor experience and/or a minimum of 4 years of MST Therapist experience. The MST Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the MST program and ensure the integrity of the program model. 

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision for supervisors and therapists on the MST team, serve as a liaison between key stakeholders and executive leadership inside the provider agency, provide ongoing training to staff, and evaluate MST staff development.

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Promoting the MST program in the community to generate referrals to the program
  • Manage referrals to the program
  • Manage clinician caseloads 
  • Plan and problem solve with MST Expert to guide effective implementation of MST and ongoing program quality improvement activities, to achieve the best possible outcomes with families
  • Collaborate actively with MST Expert, MST Supervisors and provider agency leadership to foster team clinical growth and development
  • Manage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices
  • Attend a minimum of 5 field visits per month

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in clinical counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area.
  • Professional licensure in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling field is highly preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area with at least 4 years of MST experience.
  • At least 2 years of MST Program Manager experience is highly preferred
