3rd shift / Mon-Fri/ 11pm - 7:30am
$15.95/hour
Travelers Rest, SC

PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced and dependable Machine Operator on behalf of our client in Travelers Rest, SC.
We are looking for individuals who can work as part of a team operating and maintaining all component assembly machinery to guarantee a high-quality finished product.

Machine Operator responsibilities include:

  • Review work orders to ensure orders are filled according to client’s request
  • Examine machines for defects or broken parts; make sure the machinery is running properly
  • Load hopper and ensure parts are being fed into the machine on a regular basis
  • Learn to recognize defective molded parts
  • Inspect finished parts and remove defects from the line
  • Package finished products and prepare them for shipment


Machine Operator requirements include:

  • General mechanical aptitude
  • Operators will need to climb stairs up to 5 times per shift.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds  
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Operators will use their fingers and hands to load product into the machines, grasp product/parts, and tape boxes on a regular basis.
  • Operators may be required on occasion to reach overhead, bend or stoop at/below the waist, and reach forward.
  • All Operators must be capable of occasionally pushing or pulling products that weigh up to 10 pounds
  • Must be able to work in safe manner and follow safety rules
