This is a full-time position with a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to bring our clients' visions to life.

 

Project Architect Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural plans and drawings for construction projects

- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements

- Manage project timelines and budgets

- Ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

- Licensed architect with at least 5 years of experience

- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Experience working on commercial projects
