Contract to Hire
A MUST for this position: Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Excel, word, etc. Data entry is also a must.
Really looking for candidates that have data entry experience and excel experience.
Job Description
- Conduct day to day activities that support the Operations Departments
- Update and maintain information in the EH&S database and other Access databases.
- Manage and update all operational reports, control documents procedure books, OM&M books.
- Process and update incoming drawing manuals, QRO manual edits
- Compose, edit and proofread written documents (routine letters, business correspondence and reports of varying complexity)
- Monitor supply room, order office supplies, maintain office equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, conferences and appointments
- Update and maintain department level shared files
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Required
- Must be able to apply organizational and communication skills
- Handling a wide variety of duties and possess a sense of urgency and dedication to meet deadlines.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, and possess strong knowledge

- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all information
- Ability to convert ideas and concepts to presentation materials
- Ability to draft correspondence with minimal direction and oversight
- Clear understanding and adherence to ethical principles, company values, code of conduct and policies
- Works well independently; action oriented; self-starter, with an assertive approach to solving problems
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good analytical skills; able to prioritize and multitask while remaining calm and composed
- Consistently demonstrates sound judgment in working with global, multi-cultural personnel
- Good communications, interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to work w/other supporting functions (hr., legal, audit, etc.)
Education/Training/Certification
- High School Degree or equivalent
