3rd Degree Solutions is a locally owned business aimed at creating memorable and profitable brand marketing campaigns for our clients in the Sacramento area. Our tailored, hands on approach, coupled with our team's diverse backgrounds, has been the catalyst of our success.

Currently, 3rd Degree Solutions has a full time position available for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be based out of our office. We believe in providing everyone with an opportunity to learn, expand their professional skills, and have fun doing it We are looking for a Sales Representative to support our Senior Client Service Managers oversee the successful completion of our clients customer outreach initiatives in the local area.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Execute promotional outreach campaigns with fellow Sales Representatives to aid in developing an engaging brand identity and larger customer base
  • Create excitement around our clients brands with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Give quick presentations to potential customers with the goal of promoting our clients brand and increasing profit margins
  • Track and manage all customer questions and concerns
  • Suggest ways to expand our clients potential outreach in the local market
  • Stay in compliance with all company and client standards
  • Follow all of our client and company guidelines
  • Work with fellow Sales Trainees to oversee the day to day operations of an assigned territory

Sales Representative Preferred Skills:

  • Background in the hospitality, customer service or service industry is preferred
  • The ability to problem solve and think critically is a must
  • Experience in client or brand management
  • Comfortable with presenting to both large and small groups people
  • Extremely effective communication skills and a natural ability to connect witty people
  • A strong desire to work in marketing, business development or brand management
  • A passion for helping others and giving back to the community
