We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Managed Print Services The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performance sales opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.

This position reports to our Senior VP of Services and is based out of our Nashville, TN office.

Your Job:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that is aligned with the Novatech’s overall goals and objectives
  • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand our client base and drive growth
  • Exhibit a keen ability to anticipate emerging market trends and shifts while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry products, services, and competitive landscapes

Team Development

  • Attract and develop high-performing sales team.
  • Lead a team that inspires and fosters a collaborative and results-oriented culture and exceeds sales targets.
  • Instill a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the sales organization.
  • Exemplify how to hunt new business by cold calling and responding to leads.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering closely with them.

Financial Reporting

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance metrics to the executive leadership team.

You Bring to Novatech:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership
  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise (or willingness to become an expert)
  • Phenomenal mentoring, coaching and people management skills
