Our client is looking to expand their dynamic management team.  This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about real estate and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.  

Requirements:

  • LIHTC Tax Credit and Section 8 housing programs a plus.
  • Bilingual candidate (English/Spanish) is highly desired
  • Proficiency with software including Yardi, Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks appropriately prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Professional presentation and work well individually as well as with the property team.
  • Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and insurance will be required for roving.

Duties:

  • All aspects of leasing including tours, marketing, closing leases, assisting with application process, following up on leads and other duties as required
  • Qualify applicants and assist with process from application through move-out 
  • Assist with retention and recertification's.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with tenants, prospective tenants by responding quickly to calls, emails and walk-ins.
  • Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
  • Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.
  • Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials
  • Prepare leasing agreements and negotiate lease terms with tenants
  • Collect security deposits and rental payments
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
