Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team We are a local property management company who manages short term and long term rentals from Surfside Beach to North Myrtle Beach. We need someone who is willing to drive to multiple properties per day to clean, inspect for cleanliness, run errands, perform light maintenance, and help with our daily operations.

Full-Time Hourly Position : $20 per hour.

Compensation

  • $20 per hour / 40 hours per week.
  • Weekly Gas Allowance

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning
  • Drive to each property to clean and inspect for cleanliness prior to guest and owner arrivals
  • Run errands
  • Manage parking pass and wristband inventory
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow team members and management.
  • Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of the properties by proactively communicating and becoming the subject matter expert of those properties ensuring they are clean, maintained and well cared for.
  • Ability to perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, change batteries, etc)
  • Hire other cleaners and inspectors to work under you
  • Manage other cleaners and inspectors

Qualifications:

  • Property management or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Requirements:

  • Must clock in and clock out on Time Clock App with location service access.
  • Must have prior housekeeping experience
  • Management experience preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to work full time from 9am - 6pm.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be great with technology
  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices
  • Must have a smart phone
  • Must have a reliable laptop
  • Must have reliable transportation (We will give you a weekly gas allowance)
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
    • Reach overhead and below the waist
    • Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
    • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
    • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
  • Highly responsive and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts

This position requires that you drive a personal vehicle for work purposes. Employees who are required to drive a personal vehicle must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 18 years of age.
