Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Dough Handler to become an integral part of our team You will help make our donut dough, use a machine to cut and ball them, put all donut balls on trays, and then place them in retarder or proofer. Hours would be 4:00pm to 12:00am, or 6:15am to 2:00pm. We are open 7 days a week, of which you could work 5 days.
Responsibilities:
- Use our mixer to mix the dough
- Cut and size dough, place in bins and put into proofer for rise
- Take donut out of proofer, use machine to cut and ball dough
- Place the dough balls on frying trays and place into retarder or proofer
- Make sure that methods are followed to company's quality control standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in baking or dough management
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- A team player
