Result Statement: I am accountable for producing the following result:

To assist in the retention of long-term, quality clients through the development and implementation of production systems in accordance with our marketing message and contractual obligations, so that clients’ expectations are met or exceeded.

Tactical Work:

  1. Determine material requirements, conformance and dimensions of structure and check against job plans.
  2. Comply with federal, state, and local building codes.
  3. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
  4. Resolve problems when they arise.
  5. Daily Reporting on progress to Project Managers.
  6. Assesses equipment, materials and labor needed to complete the projects.
  7. Aligning daily tasks with the job calendar and project manager.


Standards: Quantity, quality, and behavior standards for which this position is accountable:


Position Specific:

  1. You help manage new build-outs ranging from: remodels, and new construction residential as well as manage the crews on site of 2 - 5 projects at any given time.
  2. Maintain a construction schedule, identify and solve problems.
  3. Maintain positive relationships with: clients, subcontractors, suppliers, laborers and employees.
  4. Review daily logs and plans as well as purchase materials and receive deliveries.
  5. Workspace will be left in clean condition on a daily basis.
  6. Weekly job site clean ups will be performed on Fridays.
  7. Daily job reports/updates will be sent to Project Manager.
  8. Enjoy mentoring others and helping our team complete quality projects in a timely manner.
  9. Professional attire and communication with homeowners on a daily basis.
  10. Ability to be prompt and on schedule with your daily job with (5) day work weeks and a minimum of 40 hours
