Peak Living, Inc. seeks an experienced Customer Service - Order Entry Clerk. This position will be hourly and report to the Order Entry Manager. The candidate should be great communicating with customers, and have some working understanding of EDI.   In addition, this person should have good Excel skills and ERP experience on some platform. Key job duties include:

  • Manage the daily input in the ERP system of new customer orders.
  • Support department manager with review of EDI reports/files
  • Be familiar with input of daily sales invoices, to serve as backup as needed.
  • Follow-up on order entry issues - answer customer questions.
  • Manage a group of smaller accounts
    • Work with sales reps 
    • Make delivery appointments
    • Monitor the shipments to ensure on-time deliveries are made
    • Answer customer calls/emails
  • Check allocation daily for shipment dates for orders
  • Prepare shipments for the warehouse to load
  • Work with the warehouse to ensure shipments are loaded timely
