We specialize in the prototyping of stainless-steel vacuum chambers, large fabrication, and related components, operating as a quick turnaround job shop equipped with CNC turning and boring mills, 5-axis machining, welding, and fabrication capabilities. We work a 4 day work week with overtime on Friday.

Responsibilities of the Welder/Fabricator:

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques with precision and expertise.

  • Interpret blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and procedures.

  • Set up components for welding according to specifications.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications of the Welder/Fabricator:

  • 7 years of welding/fabricating experience.

  • Work experience in the following certifications AWS D1.11, AWS D1.6, AWS17.1 and ASME Section IX. (They don't need all, but they will have to qualify in them)

  • Having working knowledge rolls and 650-ton press brake making cones is a plus.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

  • Ability to bring personal protective equipment and demonstrate welding capability during the interview (a 6G test will be administered).

  • Working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is advantageous.
