The following are minimums for employment.

  • Must have tools for the trade.
  • Four years’ experience in the field.
  • Certifiable in SMAW in 3G.
  • Welding test is required at interview.
  • Currently we have work at Leeds, Alabaster, Childersburg, Birmingham and Sylacauga at various types of industrial plants at OSHA and MSHA regulated plants. Working at these sites DO NOT pay per diem. However, We do have work coming up that does.
  • OSHA 10 and previous MSHA training a plus.
  • Good driving record a plus and reliable transportation.
  • Good references.
  • Per diem is paid for work beyond 60 mile radius of 3750 Logan Martin Dam Road, Cropwell, Al 35054
