Job DescriptionJob Description

Troubleshooting equipment, including various mechanical and electrical components of the manufacturing processes.

Must fill out job reports, calibration reports, and checklists in a timely and accurate manner.

Must work with all personnel and outside contractors to keep equipment operational and to complete projects.

Fabricates and modifies machinery components as directed

Installs machinery and equipment associated with manufacturing, facility and plant systems

Fabricates and modifies machinery components as directed

Communicate schedule conflicts or machine breakdowns immediately to Supervisor.

Report schedule conflicts or machine breakdowns to affected area and across organization, as needed, to promote good communication.

Assist in the development and adjustments of the PM schedule to operation level of the plant.

Experience with Tig welding, Mig welding, Stick welding, Cutting, and Torching

Able to work under pressure and stressful environment
