These can be in-office, hybrid, or remote work opportunities. We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:

Experience: Two+ years tax experience in public accounting

Skills: The following are the key skills we are seeking:

  • Ability to prepare and review complex tax returns, including multi-state returns
  • Ability to identify and research both risks and planning opportunities, develop client specific and firm solutions, and manage implementation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and audit staff
  • Coaching and mentoring tax staff
  • Ability to articulate complex tax information to a variety of clients
  • Ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent or in the process of taking the CPA or Enrolled Agent exam preferred
  • Proficiency in using accounting/tax software applications and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with remote communication technologies (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
