Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP) Evaluator to join our team  

Duties:

  • Evaluate weighing and measuring devices for conformance to U.S. standards.
    • Maintain a well-organized and clean laboratory.
    • Receive assignments and schedule evaluations with applicants.
    • Travel as needed to complete assignments in an expedient manner.
    • Perform evaluations as prescribed by NCWM Publication 14.
    • Document evaluations and data.
    • Communicate processes and deficiencies with applicants.
    • Submit regular reports of status of evaluations to NCWM.
    • Draft Certificates of Conformance.
    • Submit evaluation reports, including all findings and data, to NCWM.
  • Attend and contribute to discussions at NTEP meetings.
  • Maintain and submit time reports and expense reports.
