Facilities Coordinator

- Repair minor plumbing, electrical, and equipment issues.
- Conduct painting and wall repairs as needed.
- Monitor HVAC systems using Tracer Summit computer.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests regarding facility operations.
- Manage thermostat adjustments and respond to cold/hot calls.
- Issue badges using C-Cure system and adjust call center lights.
- Ensure copiers are stocked with paper on a daily basis.
- Maintain work order records using Remedy ticketing system.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including 911 calls.
- Coordinate overnight package shipments.
- Interact with vendors when necessary.
- Manage Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Assist with office moves and furniture rearrangements.
- Conduct building inspections for maintenance needs.
- Help with facility and supply inventory management.
- Disable or remove badges from C-Cure system for departing employees.
- Perform daily facility inspections.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by Facility Manager.
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and repair skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and monitoring equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to use office management software such as C-Cure and Remedy.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Willingness to handle emergency situations and assist with various tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and implement Facilities Services policies and procedures; assist with training and resources for the facilities services staff.
- Assist and coordinate the development of preventive maintenance schedules, and customer relocations; review, evaluate and make recommendations on all preventative maintenance activities and vendor services.
- Some knowledge of security systems and management practice.
High school degree or equivalent. Some college preferred but not required.
3 years relevant work experience with a record of initiative, attention to detail, and effective and efficient operations. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) required. ? Working knowledge of Remedy ticketing system or equivalent Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb to maintain equipment and facility.
