Lead Bartender - Day Shift

Hours: Tuesday - Friday / 10:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Base pay $15.00/Hour Plus Tips (Averages $28.00 to $35.00/Hour)

Qualifications: 2 years of bartending experience; must have a bartending license; great customer service skills; great work ethics with a positive attitude; and must be able to work efficiently and be independent.

Job duties: Perform within the vision and policies of the bar/restaurant.

  • Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant customers.
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.
  • Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.
  • Greeting customers, learning about their preferences, answering questions, recommending menu items, and preparing and serving beverages and food.
  • Training new staff including bartenders and servers.
  • Assisting with liquor inventory.
