What will your day to day be like?

• Collaborate and lead some of our 'Values-Based Recruitment' processes (writing profiles, curricular screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, writing reports, values assessments, etc.)
• Collaborate with our consultancy services, both with national and international customers
• Business development activities
• Promote new ideas to innovate and grow
• Help us to develop our business model, contacting people to change the Human Resources sector. 
• Ensuring an unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purpose
• Learn all you can and teach us all you want
• And many more things 🙂

What would we like to find?

• Passion for working in a different and disruptive way, with the desire to humanize processes and change people management
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Knowledge and use of tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience and desire to collaborate to develop our company and help us go further
• Professional English, good level of Spanish, valuable other European language
