Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the on-site construction team
• Coordinate and oversee all work on-site with general labor and sub-contractors
• Review and become familiar with the schedule, and designs and ensure adherence to these
• Oversee equipment and materials on-site
• Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness
• Maintain records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs
• Act as a liaison with inspection authorities regarding approvals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial superintendent experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction management is preferred but not required
• Experience managing on-site progress reports with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and leadership ability
• Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents
