The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both servicing and installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. They will be proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing routine maintenance, and executing efficient and high-quality installations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units in residential and commercial buildings
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical components
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Interact with customers professionally, explaining technical information in an understandable manner and providing excellent customer service
  • Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal codes
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory logs


Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt to established processes and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions including confined spaces


What You Can Expect

  • $25.00 - $30.00/hr depending on experience
  • Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • Paid time off
  • Paid vacation
  • Insurance benefits offered in the future
