Job Overview:

 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Client Services Supervisor to oversee our client services department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of client services representatives and ensuring that our clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary objective will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, drive sales, and foster positive relationships with our clients.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the client services team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of client services representatives, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to support their growth and development.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention, as well as identify opportunities to upsell products and services.

- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any escalated issues and proactively resolving any potential conflicts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.

- Analyze and report on customer data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the client services department.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to suggest new ideas and ways to enhance the client experience.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for bonuses, promotions, and terminations.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4 years of experience in a client services supervisory role, preferably in a technology or manufacturing company.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Salary: $40.000 to $53,000 yearly
