Customer Service Rep in Manufacturing

We are looking to hire someone who has strong Traditional Customer Service background with a Sales personality (NO SELLING). Must have worked as a Customer Service Rep in previous jobs. Great Opportunity to grow and be part of a team. Must have MS Word and Excel experience. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information for resolving technical issues. These issues can be complex so experience in manufacturing would be beneficial.
The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
