Key Responsibilities:

- Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the ICU department.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Facilitate ongoing education and professional development for ICU staff.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth and development of the healthcare facility.
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Director of ICU to lead our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong clinical background, capable of driving excellence in patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development. This role requires a balance of hands-on clinical expertise and administrative understanding to ensure the highest standards of care and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Montana (or eligibility for licensure).
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an ICU setting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ICU practices, critical care protocols, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
