Eagle Rock Resort is a private gated golf course community located in Hazle Township, PA. We are currently seeking a qualified Attorney to join our Team. This position reports to the Senior Vice President/General Counsel of Double Diamond Companies.
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years’ experience; with Real Estate Law, Corporate Law and Litigation experience a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities Include
Handling mortgage foreclosures
Note suits
Statutory lien foreclosures
Bankruptcies
Work with the general manager and executives in the corporate office in Dallas, TX.
Providing legal support and guidance
Finding ethical solutions to legal matters
Staying informed about any current legislation
Preparing legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings and contracts in a timely and accurate manner
