GL Staffing is hiring for an Admin/Accounting clerk for a Construction company located in Hobe Sound, FL.

Salary Range at 40K - 50k

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Hobe Sound, FL

Responsibilities: Admin/Accounting clerk

  • Taking documentation of clients and providing them service
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Taking documentation from the clients
  • Sending appointment reminder emails
  • Bookkeeping and general accounting
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment
  • Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
  • Invoicing for varying departments
  • Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations
  • Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data
  • Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand the principles and procedures of bookkeeping and record-keeping
  • Accuracy in accounting
  • Knowledge of business-level English, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office, QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to explain and interpret fiscal related policies and general accounting
