Job Title: Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator

Job Description:

As a team member in our organization, you will be operating some of the most advanced and innovative printing equipment in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain a narrow web flexo press in a safe, efficient manner, ensuring all customer requirements (quality, safety, and on-time delivery) are met.

  • Troubleshoot press problems and take corrective action to ensure the job is completed to customer specifications.

  • Perform periodic scheduled maintenance, including minor repairs.

  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with supervisors regarding production issues.

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and core processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to produce labels with the highest level of quality.

  • Good mathematical skills.

  • Good mechanical skills.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to read and write in English.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

  • Good attendance record.

  • Ability to maintain the highest safety standards.

  • Ability to meet or exceed company productivity metrics.

  • Prior or similar printing experience, specifically with Mark Andy presses.
